     フキと 豆苗と エリンギのごま和え

Butterbur, Pea Shoots & King Oyster Mushrooms with Sesame Dressing.

     じゃが芋と ゴボウの揚げ酢の物 粉山椒と大葉

Deep-Fried Potato and Burdock in Vinegar Dressing, Garnished with

Sansho Pepper and Shiso.

     空豆と銀杏入り おろし蓮根焼き

Grilled Grated Lotus Root with Fava Beans and Ginkgo Nuts.

季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば

Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and

vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

使用米:栃木県さくら市産   『なすひかり』

※ご飯は、お代わりできます。

Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu

in earthenware potmiso soup & Daikon radish pickles

Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”

Rice can be refilled.
