bitter gourd and King trumpet mushroom
with mustard.

Green beans, young corn and carrots with dressed sesame
seeds.

is a drink prepared
from fermented sweet rice.)
Deep-fried ginkgo nut
with rice panko crumbs.
・ズッキーニ、もやし、エノキの米粉焼き 黒酢掛け
zucchini,
bean sprouts and enoki mushrooms baked with rice powder and served with black
vinegar.
お椀《Soup》
薄切りトマトのお吸物 バジル、細切りネギ添え
Thinly sliced tomato soup with basil
and shredded green onion.
蒸物《Steamed dish》
枝豆とピーマン入り焼き芋まんじゅう蒸し 銀あん掛け
steamed baked sweet potato bun with
edamame and green bell pepper
with starchy sauce.
煮物 《Simmered dish》
焼きナスと油揚げ、モロヘイヤのみぞれ煮 スダチ添え
Grilled eggplant, deep-fried tofu and molokheiya in
grated radish
with sudachi(citrus fruit).
食事《Japanese mixed rice》
万願寺とうがらし、とうもろこし、ごぼうの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:山形県庄内地方産 特別栽培米 『雪若丸』
Rice cooked with Manganji sweet peppers
and corn, burdock root
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Yamagata rice "Yukiwakamaru”

甘味《Dessert》
Kuzu agar with white peaches in mint
syrup.
