前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① カブと 小松菜と しめじの黒ゴマ和え
Turnip, Komatsuna Greens, and Shimeji Mushrooms in Black Sesame Dressing.
② セロリと 人参と カイワレ大根のマリネ
Marinated Celery, Carrot, and Kaiware Radish Sprouts.
③ 芽キャベツのとろろ味噌焼き
Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Grated Yam and Miso.

野菜そば《Vegetable Soba Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐ椎茸と生姜入り大根おろし焼き 海苔餡かけ
Pan-Seared Grated Daikon with Shiitake Mushrooms and Ginger, Topped with Nori Thickened Sauce.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 『なすひかり』
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & Daikon radish pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.

甘味《Dessert》
Matcha Rice Flour Pound Cake with Strawberry Jam.
