日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes. (No Photo)

前菜《5 kinds of 2nd appetizers》 ※All served together.
① カリフラワーとしめじと春菊の胡麻浸し
Cauliflower, shimeji mushrooms, and garland chrysanthemum
dressed with sesame sauce.
② 白菜の酢漬け 干し柿巻き
Pickled chinese cabbage wrapped dried persimmon rolls.
③ 海老芋と菜の花の味噌蒸し マスタード掛け
Miso-steamed taro and canola blossoms topped with mustard sauce.
④ エリンギの梅しそ巻き 米粉パン粉フライ
Rice-flour breaded fried king oyster mushrooms wrapped with pickled plum
and shiso leaves.
⑤ カブの生姜ほうれん草挟み焼き
Grilled turnip stuffed with ginger and spinach.

お椀《Soup》
豆腐と椎茸と玉ねぎのすり流し
Pureed tofu, shiitake mushrooms, and onions in a light broth.

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐ大和芋と小松菜と焼き葱の煮物 大根おろし添え
Simmered Japanese yam, komatsuna, and grilled leek, served with grated daikon.
ⓑさつま芋のソテー わさび漬けのせ
Sautéed sweet potato with wasabi-pickled garnish.

主菜 《Main dish》
大根とブロッコリーと蓮根の米粉ホワイトソースグラタン
(アーモンドミルク、豆乳チーズ使用)
Gratin of daikon, broccoli, and lotus root with rice-flour white sauce
(made with almond milk and soy cheese).

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ゴボウと京人参と銀杏と油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 『なすひかり』
Rice cooked with Burdock root, Kyoto carrot, Ginkgo nuts, and Deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot.(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used: Tochigi rice “Nasuhikari” (Rice can be refilled.)

甘味《Dessert》
Yuzu-flavored sweet bean paste Daifuku.(mochi filled with sweet bean paste)
