Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

前菜《5 kinds of 2nd appetizers》 ※All served together.
① カブと 小松菜と しめじの黒ゴマ和え
Turnip, Komatsuna Greens, and Shimeji Mushrooms in Black Sesame Dressing.
② セロリと 人参と カイワレ大根のマリネ
Marinated Celery, Carrot, and Kaiware Radish Sprouts.
③ 里芋と玉ねぎの南蛮漬け
Taro and Onion Nanbanzuke. (Lightly Fried and Marinated in Sweet Vinegar Sauce)
④ 芽キャベツのとろろ味噌焼き
Grilled Brussels Sprouts with Grated Yam and Miso.
⑤ セリと もやしと ネギの蒸し煮
Japanese parsley, Bean Sprouts, and Green Onion Simmered by Steaming.

お椀《Soup》
銀杏入りゆかり餅と 百合根と 絹さやと 三つ葉のお吸物
Clear Soup with Yukari-Flavored Mochi with Ginkgo Nuts, Lily Bulb,
Snow Peas, and Mitsuba.

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐ椎茸と生姜入り大根おろし焼き 海苔餡かけ
Pan-Seared Grated Daikon with Shiitake Mushrooms and Ginger, Topped
with Nori Thickened Sauce.
ⓑレンコンと アボカドの きんぴら
Lotus Root and Avocado Kinpira. (Japanese Braised Stir-Fry)

主菜 《Main dish》
白菜と ゴボウと エノキの切り干し大根煮 柚子胡椒風味
Napa Cabbage, Burdock Root, and Enoki Mushrooms Simmered
in Dried Daikon Radish Paste, with Yuzu Kosho.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
じゃが芋と小豆と油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 『なすひかり』
Rice cooked with Potato, Red Bean, and Deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot.(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used: Tochigi rice “Nasuhikari” (Rice can be refilled.)

甘味《Dessert》
Matcha Rice Flour Pound Cake with Strawberry Jam.
