前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① カリフラワーとしめじと春菊の胡麻浸し
Cauliflower, shimeji mushrooms, and garland chrysanthemum dressed
with sesame sauce.
② 白菜の酢漬け 干し柿巻き
Pickled chinese cabbage wrapped dried persimmon rolls.
③ 海老芋と菜の花の味噌蒸し マスタード掛け
Miso-steamed taro and canola blossoms topped with mustard sauce.

野菜そば《Vegetable Soba Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐ大和芋と小松菜と焼き葱のおろしポン酢蒸し
Steamed Japanese Yam, Komatsuna, and Grilled Green Onion
in a Light Ponzu Citrus Soy Sauce.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & Daikon radish pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.

Yuzu-flavored sweet bean paste Daifuku.(mochi filled with sweet bean paste)
