※A fixed course menu with all dishes served sequentially.

前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① キャベツとナスとインゲンの胡麻和え
Sesame Dressing with Cabbage, Eggplant, and Green Beans.
② こんにゃくと水菜のせいろ蒸し 大葉添え
Steamed Konjac and Japanese Mustard Greens with Shiso Leaves.
(Konjac is jelly made from Konjac yam routs.)
③ 長芋と玉ねぎの唐揚げの梅肉和え ピーマンのせ
Deep-fried Chinese yam and onion dressed with plum paste,
served on bell peppers.

野菜そば《Vegetable Soba Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐ桂剥きのレンコンのさつま芋挟み焼き
Grilled sweet potato sandwiched in thinly sliced lotus root.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 『なすひかり』
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.

甘味《Dessert》
Steamed matcha cake made with rice flour, served with sweet red bean paste
made with almond milk.
