前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① 長芋と小松菜と切干し大根の磯辺和え
Japanese Yam, Japanese Mustard spinach, Dried Daikon Radish, and Seaweed Salad.
② きゅうりとピーマンとオクラのスダチ和え
Cucumber, Bell Pepper, and Okra Salad with Citrus sudachi Dressing.
③ 大根おろしとアボカド乗せ トマトのソテー
Sautéed Tomatoes Topped with Grated Daikon Radish and Avocado.

野菜そば《Vegetable Soba Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐカブと里芋のワサビ漬け挟みの 磯辺揚げ
Seaweed-wrapped tempura of turnip and taro, stuffed with wasabi pickles.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 新米 『なすひかり』
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.

甘味《Dessert》
Kyoho grape and orange agar jelly topped with lemon syrup.
