前菜《5 kinds of 2nd appetizers》 ※All served together.
① 長芋と小松菜と切干し大根の磯辺和え
Japanese Yam, Japanese Mustard spinach, Dried Daikon Radish,
and Seaweed Salad.
② きゅうりとピーマンとオクラのスダチ和え
Cucumber, Bell Pepper, and Okra Salad with Citrus sudachi Dressing.
③ 豆腐と椎茸の くず練り
Kudzu Starch Cake with Tofu and Shiitake Mushrooms.
④ インゲンのじゃが芋包み揚げ
Green bean wrapped in potato and deep-fried.
⑤ 大根おろしとアボカド乗せ トマトのソテー
Sautéed Tomatoes Topped with Grated Daikon Radish and Avocado.

お椀《Soup》
冬瓜、モロヘイヤ、油揚げのお吸物 柚子こしょう風味
Clear Soup with Winter Melon, molokhia, and deep-fried tofu with
yuzu kosho (a Japanese condiment made from yuzu zest and chili peppers)flavor.

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
ⓐカブと里芋のワサビ漬け挟みの 磯辺揚げ
Seaweed-wrapped tempura of turnip and taro, stuffed with wasabi pickles.
ⓑエリンギとパプリカと水菜のマリネ
Marinated King Oyster Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and Mizuna Greens.

主菜 《Main dish》
揚げナスのゴボウ、エノキ、長ネギの味噌餡かけ
Deep-fried eggplant topped with miso sauce with burdock shavings, enoki mushrooms,
and green onion.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
レンコンとしめじとクルミの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 『なすひかり』
Rice cooked with Lotus root, shimeji mushrooms, and walnuts
in earthenware pot.(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used: Tochigi rice “Nasuhikari” (Rice can be refilled.)

甘味《Dessert》
Kyoho grape and orange agar jelly topped with lemon syrup.
