前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① しし唐とゴーヤとしめじの白和え
Mashed
tofu salad with shishito peppers, bitter melon, and shimeji mushrooms.
② きゅうりとカブとブロッコリーのマスタード和え
Cucumber,
turnip, and broccoli with mustard dressing.
③ とうもろこしと大和芋の大葉ズッキーニ巻き焼き
Corn and Japanese yam wrapped in shiso leaves and zucchini, then
grilled in
a frying pan.

野菜そば《Vegetable Soba
Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of
seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded
daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

副菜盛合せ《Assorted side
dishes》※All served together.
ⓐ千切りキャベツとネギとエノキの酒蒸し
Sliced cabbage and green onion, and enoki
mushrooms steamed with sake.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 新米 『なすひかり』
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and
deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.

甘味《Dessert》
Mango jelly made
from kuzu starch.
