前菜5 kinds of 2nd appetizers》  ※All served together.

    しし唐とゴーヤとしめじの白和え

Mashed tofu salad with shishito peppers, bitter melon, and shimeji mushrooms.

 

    きゅうりとカブとブロッコリーのマスタード和え

Cucumber, turnip, and broccoli with mustard dressing.

 

    里芋と人参と油揚げのレタス包み蒸し

Steamed taro, carrot, and deep-fried tofu wrapped in Lettuce.

 

    とうもろこしと大和芋の大葉ズッキーニ巻き焼き

Corn and Japanese yam wrapped in shiso leaves and zucchini, then grilled in a frying pan.

 

    オクラのかぼちゃ射こみ揚げ

Deep-fried okra stuffed with squash.

お椀Soup

ピーマンと茗荷と椎茸ともやしの沢煮椀 輪スダチ

Clear soup with finely chopped green peppers, myoga ginger, shiitake mushrooms,

and bean sprouts, served with sudachi citrus fruit.

千切りキャベツとネギとエノキの酒蒸し

Sliced cabbage and green onion, and enoki mushrooms steamed with sake.

 

インゲンとパプリカとカシューナッツのきんぴら

Spicy stir-fried green beans, paprika, and cashew nuts.

          冬瓜とアボカドとの白味噌豆乳モロヘイヤ餡かけ カイワレ大根添え

           Winter melon and avocado simmered in white miso, soy milk, and molokhia sauce,

served with daikon radish sprouts.

食事Japanese mixed rice

ささがきゴボウとさつま芋とわさび漬けの炊き込みご飯味噌汁 漬物

使用米:栃木県さくら市産  『なすひかり』

※ご飯は、お代わりできます。

Rice cooked with Shredded burdock, sweet potato, and pickled wasabi

in earthenware pot.(miso soup & pickles)

Rice used: Tochigi rice “Nasuhikari”  (Rice can be refilled.)
