前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① 南瓜とキャベツと三つ葉のクルミ和え
Squash,
cabbage, and Mitsuba(Japanese parsely) mixed with walnut powder.
② ヤングコーンとパプリカとレタスのマリネ
Marinated
baby corn, paprika, and lettuce.
③ きゅうりの海苔ネギ衣のせ焼き
Grilled dish with cucumber topped with a mixture of seaweed, green
onion,
and deep-fried tofu.
野菜そば《Vegetable Soba
Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of
seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded
daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)
副菜盛合せ《Assorted side
dishes》※All served together.
ⓐナスと絹さやと人参のピリ辛味噌炒めの大根おろし蒸し
Steamed eggplant, silk pods, and carrots
stir-fried with spicy miso and
grated daikon radish.
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.
食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 新米 『なすひかり』
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and
deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.
甘味《Dessert》
Daifuku (soft
mochi rice cake) filled with sweet pineapple bean paste.
