Marinated baby corn, paprika, and
lettuce.
③ ピーマンとモヤシとキクラゲの胡麻蒸し 七味
Steamed bell
peppers, bean sprouts, and wood ear mushrooms mixed with sesame paste and shichimi
togarashi(seven spice chili pepper).
④ 豆乳チーズの冬瓜はさみ揚げ
ゆかり掛け
Deep-fried soy milk cheese sandwiched between winter melon,
sprinkled
with Yukari(dried red perilla seasoning).
⑤ きゅうりの海苔ネギ衣のせ焼き
Grilled dish with cucumber topped with a mixture of seaweed, green
onion, and deep-fried tofu.

Cold corn and
enoki mushroom potage with aonori seaweed and okra.
