前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① ナスと小松菜と絹さやのゴマ油からし和え
Eggplant, Japanese mustard spinach and snow pea with sesame oil and
Japanese mustard.
② じゃが芋とエリンギと玉ねぎの黒胡椒酢の物 大葉添え
Fried potato, trumpet mushroom and onion with black pepper vinegar
and shiso leaves.
③ アスパラの二色包み焼き(大根、人参)
Asparagus coated with a two-color batter and pan-fried.( Radish and carrot)
野菜そば《Vegetable Soba Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)
蒸し物《Steamed dishes》
ⓐトマトスープのズッキーニ麺 ししとう、バジル添え
Zucchini noodles in tomato soup with shishito peppers and basil.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.
食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.
Lemon sticky rice cake and grape compote.
