Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.

前菜《5 kinds of 2nd appetizers》 ※All served together.
Eggplant, Japanese mustard spinach and snow pea with sesame oil and
Japanese mustard.
② じゃが芋とエリンギと玉ねぎの黒胡椒酢の物 大葉添え
Fried potato, trumpet mushroom and onion with black pepper vinegar
and shiso leaves.
③ 谷中生姜の里芋包み揚げ
Spring ginger with green leaves wrapped in taro and deep fried.
④ とうもろこしとアーモンドミルクの茶碗蒸し
Chawan-mushi (Japanese steamed brothy custard)made with corn and
almond milk
⑤ アスパラの二色包み焼き(大根、人参)
Asparagus coated with a two-color batter and pan-fried.( Radish and carrot)
お椀《Soup》
キュウリとオクラとワカメのお吸物
Clear soup with cucumber, okra and wakame seaweed.
副菜盛合せ《Assorted side dishes》※All served together.
Zucchini noodles in tomato soup with shishito peppers and basil.
ⓑインゲンとゴーヤと長芋の黒ゴマ和え
Green beans, bitter gourd and yam with black sesame.
主菜 《Main dish》
梅肉大根とアボカド天と水菜の煮物 揚げゴボウ添え
Simmered daikon radish with plum paste, avocado tempura, and mizuna greens,
topped with crispy fried burdock.
食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ヤングコーンとセロリとマッシュルームの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
Rice cooked with young corn, celery and mushrooms in
earthenware pot.(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used: Tochigi rice “Nasuhikari” (Rice can be refilled.)
Lemon sticky rice cake and grape compote.
