前菜《3 kinds of 1st appetizers》
① 人参とインゲンと大葉の青のり和え
Carrot, kidney bean and Shiso leaves with Aonori seaweed.
② パプリカとシメジとおろしキュウリの酢の物
Paprika, shimeji mushrooms and grated cucumber with vinegar
dressing.
③ 空豆とアスパラのまとめ焼 マスタード味噌
Fava beans and asparagus baked together and coated with mustard
miso.
野菜そば《Vegetable Soba
Noodles》
季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば
Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of
seasonal vegetables and
vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded
daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)
蒸し物《Steamed dishes》
ⓐ里芋とひよこ豆の椎茸包み揚げ
Deep-fried taro and chickpeas wrapped in
shiitake mushroom.
ⓑ日替わりの季節の野菜の一品
Daily seasnal vegetable dishes.
食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 新米 『なすひかり』
※ご飯は、お代わりできます。
Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and
deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.
甘味《Dessert》
Anmitsu with
strawberry sauce.( Anmitsu is agar
jelly topped with
red bean paste
and sweet sauce)
