前菜3 kinds of 1st appetizers

     人参とインゲンと大葉の青のり和え

Carrot, kidney bean and Shiso leaves with Aonori seaweed.

 

     パプリカとシメジとおろしキュウリの酢の物

Paprika, shimeji mushrooms and grated cucumber with vinegar dressing.

 

     空豆とアスパラのまとめ焼 マスタード味噌

Fava beans and asparagus baked together and coated with mustard miso.

野菜そばVegetable Soba Noodles

季節の野菜3種の米粉天ぷらと 野菜(大根)そば

Rice flour tempura with 3 kinds of seasonal vegetables and

vegetable soba noodles.(Shredded daikon radish, no buckwheat flour.)

蒸し物Steamed dishes

里芋とひよこ豆の椎茸包み揚げ

Deep-fried taro and chickpeas wrapped in shiitake mushroom.

ささがきゴボウと油揚げの炊き込みご飯味噌汁 漬物

使用米:栃木県さくら市産 新米  『なすひかり』

※ご飯は、お代わりできます。

Rice cooked with Shaved burdock and deep-fried tofu

in earthenware potmiso soup & pickles

Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”

Rice can be refilled.

苺のあんみつ

Anmitsu with strawberry sauce.( Anmitsu is agar jelly topped with

red bean paste and sweet sauce)
