2つのコースの違いは、出汁だけです。(ベジタリアンコースは、昆布と野菜の出汁です。)

a soup stock of kelp and vegetables.)

peas, cauliflower and avocado with grain mustard and grated radish.
②新玉ねぎ、エリンギ、長芋、蕗の薹の酢の物
Vinegared
seasonal onion, eringi mushroom, yam and butterbur sprout.
Steamed chopped
Chinese cabbage and enoki mushrooms with sesame
flavored tofu.
④アスパラのさつま芋とささがきゴボウ包み揚げ
Deep-fried asparagus wrapped with mashed sweet potato and shavings burdock.
⑤新じゃが芋の味噌田楽
Grilled seasonal potatoes with miso.
お椀《Soup》
カブとセロリのすりながし 春菊マリネ添え
Pureed turnip and celery soup with marinated crown daisy.
副菜盛合せ《Assorted side

root, shimeji mushrooms and deep-fried tofu in

Tochigi rice “Nasuhikari” (Rice can be
refilled.)

Strawberry and Macha Warabi mochi(Bracken starch dumpling.)with soybean flour.
