Steamed
turnip with avocado, dried persimmon and Yuzu Kosho
(It is a
fermented paste made from chili peppers, yuzu peel, and salt.) in between.
②里芋のひよこ豆粉揚げ
Deep-fried
taro with chickpea flour.
③ほうれん草、カリフラワー、焼海苔のピリ辛胡麻和え
Spinach, cauliflower
and nori seaweed dressed with spicy sesame.
④大根、京人参、しめじの酢の物
Vinegared radish, carrot and shimeji mushroom with olive oil.
⑤菜の花、ゴボウの豆乳チーズ焼
Baked canola flower and burdock with mustard and soymilk cheese.

下仁田ネギ、銀杏、百合根入り豆腐しんじょうと小松菜のお吸物
Clear soup of tofu dumplings with Shimonita

Specialties), ginkgo nuts,lily bulb
and Japanese mustard spinach.

白菜、エノキ、春菊の豆乳煮 粉山椒
Simmered Chinese cabbage, enoki mushroom and crown daisy in soy milk
with sansho(Japanese pepper).

青大豆、油揚げ、切干大根の炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:栃木県さくら市産 新米 『なすひかり』
Rice cooked with green soybeans,
deep-fried tofu, dried radish in
earthenware pot.(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Tochigi rice "Nasuhikari”
※Rice can be refilled.
