先付1st appetizers

         グリーンピースと人参の含め煮 柚子胡椒風味

simmered green peas and carrots with yuzu kosho(condiment

paste made from yuzu zest and chili peppers).

前菜5 kinds of 2nd appetizers》  ※All served together.

          ・空豆の七味味噌挟み焼き

Grilled fava beans with spicy miso paste.

・セロリ、絹さや、長芋の梅酢和え 焼き海苔掛け

Vinegared celery, snow pea and yam with ume plum paste

and grilled nori seaweed.

 

・新じゃが芋、ブロッコリー、茗荷の粒マスタード和え

Dressed potato, broccoli and myoga(Japanese ginger)

with whole grain mustard.

 

・アスパラガスのゴボウ蓑揚げ

Fried asparagus with burdock root batter.

・椎茸とアボカドの酒蒸し

Shiitake mushrooms and avocado steamed with sake.

豆苗の豆乳すり流し 揚げゴボウ添え

Grated pea sprout and soy milk soup with deep-fried burdock root.

ウドとスナップエンドウのきんぴら入り厚揚げ豆腐まんじゅう蒸し 銀あん

Steamed buns with udo and snap peas wrapped in ground

thick fried tofu with starch sauce.

煮物  Simmered dish

          大根、キャベツ、もやしの炒め煮 ゴマソース掛け

Sauteed and simmered radish, cabbage and bean sprouts

with sesame sauce.

タケノコとレタスの炊き込みご飯味噌汁 漬物

使用米:山形県庄内地方産 特別栽培米  『雪若丸』

※ご飯は、お代わりできます。

Rice cooked with bamboo shoot and lettuce

in earthenware pot. (miso soup & pickles

Rice used:Yamagata rice "Yukiwakamaru”

Rice can be refilled.
