Deep-fried turnip with red shiso miso paste, served with sudachi.

・豆乳チーズ入り南瓜ピーマン焼き

Baked pumpkin with soy milk cheese and green bell pepper.

Soy milk cheese is 100% plant-based.

 

・しめじ、菊花、ネギ、レンコンのきな粉酢の物の米粉焼き

Shimeji mushrooms, chrysanthemum, green onion and

lotus root baked in rice powder with vinegared soybean powder.

 

・蛇腹切りしたきゅうりと大根の大葉ゴマ和え

Dressing cucumber and radish with shiso leaves and sesame seeds.

 

・新銀杏とさつま芋の串焼き

Grilled ginkgo and sweet potato skewers.

with “Yuzu”citrus chili paste and basil.

Eggplant, bean sprouts, and pea shoots simmered in grated deep-fried

tofu with grated radish.
