先付《1st appetizers》
しし唐とズッキーニの焼きゴマ浸し
Grilled and dipped shishito peppers and zucchini with sesame seeds.

前菜《5 kinds of 2nd appetizers》 ※All served together.
Steamed lettuce wrapped with carrot and miso.
・ピーマン、オクラ、長芋の梅肉和え 手巻き海苔巻き風
Sweet bell pepper, okra and yam with ume plum paste,
rolled in nori seaweed.
Sauteed kinpira ( water spinach, lotus root and dried radish)
Eggplant, burdock root and bell pepper stewed in tomato with sudachi juice.
・インゲンとじゃが芋の米粉かき揚げ 青のりマスタードソース
Fried green beans and potatoes with rice flour and dried green seaweed mustard sauce.

お椀《Soup》
枝豆しんじょと銀杏とあられのお吸物
Soup of edamame dumpling, ginkgo nut and rice cracker.

蒸物《Steamed dish》
冬瓜と南瓜の生姜くず蒸し 千切りきゅうり添え
Steamed wax gourd and pumpkin with ginger kuzu starchy sauce
with shredded cucumber.

煮物 《Simmered dish》
里芋、椎茸、焼き葱の焼きトウモロコシ煮
Simmered taro, shiitake mushrooms and grilled leeks with grilled corn.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
ひじき、さつま芋、カシューナッツの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:山形県庄内地方産 特別栽培米 『雪若丸』
Rice cooked with hijiki seaweed, sweet potato, cashew nuts
in earthenware pot(miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Yamagata rice "Yukiwakamaru”
※Rice can be refilled.

甘味《Dessert》
Pineapple bean paste sandwiched between steamed rice flour buns.
