Cherry tomato falsies with cucumber
and eringi mushrooms.

前菜《5 kinds of 2nd
appetizers》 ※All
served together.
Cabbage, asparagus and
okra with ume plum paste.
・インゲン、しし唐、しめじ、豆腐のレモン酢の物
Vinegared kidney beans, shishito peppers, shimeji mushrooms and tofu with
lemon.
Rolled dried tofu with pumpkin miso.
Rice powder tempura
of pickled eggplant.
・枝豆とパプリカの冷製
Chilled
Edamame and Paprika.

お椀《Soup》
レタス、モロヘイヤ、海苔のお吸物 茗荷添え
Clear soup of lettuce, molokheiya and
nori seaweed with myoga.

蒸物《Steamed dish》
Steamed wax
gourd, shiitake mushrooms and burdock root with
potato paste with soy milk cheese(100% plant-based) and kanzuri.
(Kanzuri
is a fermented Japanese red pepper seasoning.

煮物 《Simmered dish》
ズッキーニ、さつま芋、もやしのすり胡麻煮 スダチ大根おろし添え
Simmered zucchini, sweet potato and bean sprouts with
ground
sesame seeds and grated radish with a squeeze of sudachi.

食事《Japanese mixed rice》
とうもろこしと小豆と油揚げの炊き込みご飯(味噌汁 漬物)
使用米:山形県庄内地方産 特別栽培米 『つや姫』
Rice cooked with corn, red beans and
deep-fried tofu
in earthenware pot. (miso soup & pickles)
Rice used:Yamagata rice "Yukiwakamaru”
※Rice can be refilled.

甘味《Dessert》
Rice powder scones with pineapple jam.
